Join our dynamic team as a Home Claims Officer in our Sunshine Coast HQ.
Your role will be central to Youi's reputation and relationships by playing a crucial role in end-to-end service delivery of claims when our customers need us the most.
As the point of contact for clients and all service providers, you'll utilise your exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to ensure our Youi clients have a positive and memorable claims experience.
The Role: Manage your own portfolio of claimsHelp our customers in their time of need by processing their claims from start to finishProblem solving on a daily basis to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and YouiBe a direct point of contact for customers, service providers, and Assessors to ensure the smooth processing of each claim within your portfolioWhat You'll Bring: Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsEffectively present and articulate informationExperience in administration, with high attention to detailStrong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilitiesFamiliarity with case or portfolio management is a plusDon't tick every box?
