Full-time Temporary with a Possibility of Permanency
Details : CMTEDD Corporate is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic person for the position of Assistant Director, Executive Support and Budget.

This position involves close collaboration with Ministerial staff, Ministers and Executives to ensure the seamless operation of all Ministerial offices and CMTEDD Corporate.

The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining high quality systems and practices, fostering a collaborative approach, and exercising sound judgment, flexibility, and discretion.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a cheerful disposition who can solve problems calmly and efficiently, even under pressure.

Notes : This is a temporary position available from 23 December 2024 until 23 June 2025 with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and / or permanency.
A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
Please note, this position will be moving to a new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW).
Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation / desk.
