About UsOur client is a provider of installation services in the residential and commercial construction industry. We're seeking a Project Manager to join our team and drive successful project delivery from start to finish.Role OverviewAs a Project Manager, you will oversee project execution, ensuring optimal use of resources, adherence to timelines, and alignment with safety and quality standards. You'll play a key role in managing project operations, monitoring progress, and collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight: Lead and manage all phases of project lifecycles, ensuring projects are completed within scope, timeframes, and budget.Resource Management: Coordinate labour, materials, and resources to maximise productivity and project profitability.Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication.Team Coordination: Guide and manage tradespeople to maintain quality standards, meet deadlines, and deliver top-notch work. Keep teams on track, ensuring that everyone is aligned with project objectives and timelines.Quality Control: Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with relevant Australian Standards.Risk & Safety Management: Develop and monitor risk management plans, upholding safety standards in line with WHS principles.Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field.Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.Current, valid driver's license.Demonstrated experience managing projects, trades and subcontractors within the building or construction industry.Excellent communication skills; with the ability to negotiate positive outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients.Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure.Why Join Us?We believe in creating a positive work environment that promotes personal growth and teamwork.
