The OpportunityTo support travel dreams to come true, the CRM & Marketing Automation Manager will lead, manage and execute the TripADeal CRM, Marketing Automation and Lifecycle Marketing capability.
This role will develop and implement CRM strategies that improve our database engagement, retention, and growth working closely with cross-functional teams to optimise customer lifecycle, create personalised multi-channel customer journeys, and leverage data insights to drive actionable improvements.
Organisational StructureYou'll report to our Head of Digital in a full-time permanent position.
This newly created role is based on-site from Monday to Friday, 8-4pm or 9-5pm - you choose
This role can be based from our Byron Bay HQ or Varsity Lakes Office.
Travel to our Brisbane Office once a month would also be expected.
A Day in the LifeWork closely with cross-functional teams and lead internal stakeholders to create and execute email marketing, marketing automation and lifecycle marketing activity.Lead the design, build, and optimisation of marketing automation campaigns and customer journeys using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform ecosystem.Develop and implement strategies to improve marketing automation processes, enhancing efficiency and customer experienceDrive the adoption of agile principles in marketing operations and campaign deliveryLead and develop omni-channel automation journeys and campaigns that are personalised, relevant and optimised, from start to finish, including concept development, execution, and analysisOversee platform governance, including user management, data integrity, data sharing and compliance with privacy regulationsIdentify and implement innovative solutions to enhance marketing automation capabilities and integrate with other business systemsReport on results and provide recommendations on improvements, as well as manage budgetsAnalyse campaign performance and develop robust reporting frameworks to track key metrics and ROITo be a Front Running CandidateBachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent7+ years of demonstrated experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud email marketing and automation platform, including strategic direction, platform enhancement and being on the tools.Proven track record of creating measurable customer and business outcomes through marketing automation initiativesDigital strategy and execution experience centered around driving business growthTeam leadership experience and a desire to leadExperience leading CRM & MA cross-functional working group teams and managing direct reports in a business environmentDemonstrated ability to work through CRM challenges and marketing automation processesAbility to quickly adapt strategies based on new insights, data, or feedback, aligning efforts with organisational prioritiesCommunicates effectively across all levels of the organisation, translating technical CRM and automation insights into actionable information for non-technical stakeholdersStrong stakeholder management skills - a partnership-style approach when working with cross-functional teams to drive customer lifecycle strategiesPassion for travel and industry knowledge is a plusThe successful candidate will be required to undergo a Qantas background checkWhy TripADeal?Competitive salary packageLearn, develop and advance your career within TripADealFun, casual working environment, where shoes are optionalStaff travel discountsEmployee Assistance Program$1,040 per annum of subsidised gym membershipsAccess to Corporate Fitness PassportRegular social get togethersSavings and discounts on groceries, electronics and homewaresVolunteer leave as part of giving back to the local communityGenerous parental leave support programSee your next destination as CRM & Marketing Automation Manager for TripADeal?
