Summary of the role: Reporting to the National Business Manager Grocery, the role of Sales Coordinator plays an integral part within the Newell Brands grocery team.
The role is responsible for the provision of sales administration and support to the National Account Managers.
This will be inclusive of Woolworths, Coles, Independents, and Aldi.

Lead the management of master documents for customer data, product, and price platforms, making sure they are maintained and updatedEffectively manage the maintenance of internal promotional calendars, ensuring the correct alignment into the customers' portals and formsComplete and maintain customer promotional submissions as requested by NAMsAttend selected customer meetings with NAMs and record minutes and follow-upsMonitor and record competitor promotional activity and new product rangingCoordinate sourcing and mailing of samples or point of sale requested by National Account Managers to meet customer timelinesManage the loading & maintenance of accurate information in the customer's promotional portalsAccurate preparation of documentation and presentation materials as requestedDisplay initiative to add value to the role where requiredAnd much more…To be successful in this role, you will have: Preferably 2-3 years minimum experience in a sales administration role within the FMCG industryStrong initiative to prioritize tasks and manage timelines, as well as effectively communicating with stakeholdersProfessional communication skills to manage expectations throughout all customers and internal teamsStrong ability to prioritize tasks according to level of urgency and importanceExtensive knowledge of spreadsheet and database software with excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint experienceAbility to work to strict deadlines to meet the needs of a fast-paced businessA pleasant and professional demeanor with excellent communication skillsA team player with a high level of dedication and ability to work collaboratively.If this role sounds ideal and you have the skills and experience we are looking for, then please apply now with your current resume.
