As a Sport Trader, you will be at the intersection of data and instinct, turning numbers and insights into winning strategies.Reporting to the Operational Team Lead, you will play a key role managing our Combat Sports Product (UFC & Boxing) across a global landscape. You will work as part of a diverse, goal-oriented, and collaborative team who deliver strong operational excellence.There is a requirement for weekend work (shifts will often fall between Fri-Sun) given the nature of when the Sport occurs.Responsibilities include:Analyse sports odds, trends, and patterns to identify the best wagering opportunities.Monitor live games and adjust wagers in real-time based on in-game developments.Keep up to date with the latest news, player stats, customer behaviours, and industry prices to give you an edge.Collaborate with our team of global sport enthusiasts and data stars to devise creative strategies to inform decision-making.About YouAttention to detail: You're the type of person who notices when the decimal point is off by 0.001; you know the small stuff is the big stuff. Ability to stay organised and efficient, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Critical thinker: Whether it's analysing data or untangling a tricky situation, you always find the logic behind the madness.
