The opportunity:
As a Relief Care Manager you will be an experienced Clinician with the capacity to flexibly work across a number of our Care Communities from Coffs Harbour to Springwood.
You will support the General Manager of the assigned home, on a short or longer term basis, in leading their care team to deliver excellence in care to our residents.
Full time Monday - Friday Work across a number of our Care Communities across Northern NSW to South Brisbane Support the General Manager & clinical teams at the assigned care community Short term & long term assignments Promote continuous clinical improvement Leading their care team to deliver excellence in care to our residents.
Actively monitor the ongoing successful delivery of the Aged Care Standards Build meaningful relationships with our team, residents and their families Develop & mentor a team of clinicians and contribute to positive team culture Our ideal candidate will have:
Experience in Leadership or Management role in an aged care or other health sectors desired Fully flexible to travel to support organisational requirements RN AHPRA registration Knowledge of aged care industry, regulations and funding (AACQA; ACFI) The ability to promote continuous clinical improvement What we can provide you with:
