About the Role
As an Automation and Personalisation Lead at Gallery Group, you will play a key role taking ownership of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, driving strategy, implementation, and optimisation to elevate our marketing campaigns.
You will work closely with our Salesforce Development team and Marketing team to integrate advanced data analytics, personalisation, and automation capabilities into our marketing journeys.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Lead the development and execution of email, SMS, and multi-channel campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud's suite of tools.
Collaborate with the Head of Growth & Technology to develop strategies that unlock AI opportunities across the business.
Collaborate with Marketing around design and implement customer journeys, building dynamic, personalised communication sequences across channels.
Leverage data to refine and optimise campaigns, including segmentation, behavioural targeting, and predictive analytics.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud Analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Partner with stakeholders across marketing, technology, and sales to ensure alignment with business goals and customer engagement strategies.
About You

Proven experience in managing and executing campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder.
Experience with AI-driven marketing strategies, data analytics, and personalisation techniques.
Strong interest in technology and innovation, with a desire to stay on top of emerging trends in AI, marketing automation, and customer experience.
Ability to interpret data, create actionable insights, and adapt strategies based on campaign performance.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Committed to continuous professional development, staying abreast of the latest Salesforce updates and integrating new functionalities to optimise business processes.
