Internal Service Support Officer

Ampcontrol is on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Internal Service Support Officer to join our team in our Paget Workshop.This diverse and fast-paced role is perfect for someone with exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.Some of your responsibilities will be split between managing workshop deliverables and processing invoices through our ERP system.
We also encourage candidates with a background in stores or inventory management to apply.If you're ready to thrive in a challenging environment and make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you23 + Employee Benefits including:Flexible work arrangementsPaid parental leaveSalary packagingPurchased leavePrivate Health Care discountsWellbeing programs and discountsEducation assistance and personal career developmentWhat you will do:As a key point of contact for our customers, you will be required to maintain a vibrant, proactive approach in your daily tasks, which will include:Inspect incoming goodsPreparing quotes for external supply inquiriesCoordinate and move incoming and outgoing repairsOpening and closing of jobs in the ERP systemAssisting the stores with picking & packing items for shipment.What are we looking for from you?Be flexible and adaptable to changeAbility to work autonomouslyQuality and attention to detail – some orders can be for large quantities of money and/or customer critical items therefore attention to detail is essentialEnergetic and positive attitude to problem solvingProactive and solution-based approachTime management and prioritization are essential as the need to change tasks at short notice occurs frequently and the volume of tasks can be highAbility to work well under pressure and be resourcefulExperience in mine site-based contractor management systems is desirableExperience using ERP/MPR systems is desirableCompetent in Microsoft Office applicationsReady to challenge the future?Then apply now
