The other is dedicated to beauty and wellness innovation, delivering trusted products across consumer health, beauty and cosmetics, and complementary medicine categories, ensuring quality and value for customers and clients.
Together, they drive a shared vision of improving lives through accessible and innovative healthcare solutions.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:Develop and execute a 5-year portfolio strategy, aligning brand positioning and identifying market opportunities for growth.Drive financial performance, market share, and in-market execution, ensuring strategic prioritization and ROI-focused investments.Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging digital strategies and consumer insights to enhance brand equity and sales.Steer new product innovation, guiding packaging design, and leading cross-functional teams for successful launches.Mentor and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and stakeholder alignment.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will possess:Strategic Vision:
