The Role:
We are looking for passionate and driven retailers to join our team as Stock Manager at our Harbour Town Store.
You will support the Management team in driving sales, leading a team, operational excellence, and play an integral part in the store's success.

Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets Open and close stores including late-night trades Support management in leading the team Process large volumes of stock Pick and pack click and dispatch orders Assist in maintaining in-store operations including housekeeping, VM & cleaning required Maintain a positive CAN-DO attitude at all times to sell to our customers To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Full availability/flexibility to work 38 hours per week Previous retail experience preferred but not essential A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment Self-motivated and willingness to meet/exceed sales targets & KPIs Ability to listen and use feedback constructively At Accent Group Limited, we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
