As a Senior Product Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the next generation of products for our renowned beauty, health, and wellness brands, with a specific focus on Vitamins, Minerals, and Supplements.

You'll collaborate with diverse teams to define product requirements, manage timelines, and ensure regulatory compliance, all while keeping a close eye on quality and market trends.

Key Accountabilities: Product Ideation and Conceptualisation: Generating and refining ideas for new products or product enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.Product Requirements Definition: Defining clear and comprehensive product requirements, specifications, and user stories to guide the development process.
This includes identifying features, functionality, and design elements that meet customer needs and align with business goals.Project Planning and Management: Leading the planning, scheduling, and execution of product development projects.
This involves defining project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and coordination throughout the product development lifecycle.Product Design and Development: Overseeing the design and development of new products, prototypes, or product iterations.Quality Assurance and Testing: Managing product testing, validation, and verification activities throughout the development process.Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring products comply with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and legal obligations.
This includes assessing regulatory risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and maintaining compliance documentation.About You: To succeed in this Senior Product Development Manager role, you'll be an experienced and strategic product leader with a track record of driving successful product ideation, development, and market launches.
You're passionate about innovation and can transform ideas into commercially viable products that align with both customer needs and business goals.
You'll have:
Extensive experience in product development within the beauty, health, or wellness industries, with a deep understanding of the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to launch.Strong project management skills, able to lead complex projects, define clear scopes, manage timelines, and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards, budgets, and deadlines.Exceptional cross-functional collaboration abilities, working seamlessly with marketing, design, supply chain, and regulatory teams to bring new products to life.A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, particularly in managing quality assurance and regulatory compliance requirements.Leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and the ability to inspire others, ensuring alignment across the business.A solutions-oriented mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment where innovation, adaptability, and problem-solving are key.Ready to make an impact?
