Senior Risk Manager

Talenza has been engaged to source a Senior Manager - SME (Financial Crime) for an institutional banking team.
This is a 12M day rate contract with likely conversion to permanent.
Required experience: Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in business or aligned disciplineProfessional qualifications, preferably legal or AML / CTF3-7 years experience, preferably in risk and complianceDemonstrated 3-7 years technical understanding of AML / CTF, AB&C, FATCA & Sanctions - challenges, trends and regulatory environmentComprehension of the regulatory framework impacting the banking and financial services industryExperience working with Regulators desirableKey requirement would be understanding the ISO2022 Payment repository information, and how to apply the payment attributes to structure data pointsExposure to project implementation relating to data assets in relation to Transaction Monitoring and Suspicious Matter ReportingGlobal Payments exposure relating to system integrationAbility to provide significant input and oversight on the delivery of a market leading and regulatory compliant financial crime program Candidates must be based in Sydney with full work rights.
