We're currently seeking an experienced Senior Client Services Officer to join our team.

Purpose of the Role:
As the Senior Client Services Officer, you will work directly with the Managing Director to build the business and oversee client engagements and project timelines, ensuring our service standards are consistently exceptional.
You will play a key role in driving our business vision, values, and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare meeting materials for clients and advisers.
Provide meeting materials to Financial Advisers in advance.
Track project delivery against timelines.
Master Xplan functionality for efficient service delivery.
Team Performance Contribution:
Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture and model a strong team-based approach.
Communicate effectively with team members and acknowledge their achievements.
Coordinate daily assignments to ensure optimal team performance.
Innovation and Efficiency:
Implement agreed client service procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Manage workload effectively to achieve service outcomes.
Propose innovative ideas to enhance business growth and service excellence.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Experience in a small to medium enterprise environment.
Proficiency in Xplan CRM and understanding of legislative requirements related to financial advice.
SMSF and Centrelink experience is highly desirable.
Personal Attributes:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.
