Apprentice Landscaper

POSITION SUMMARY As an Apprentice Landscaper, you will be exposed to a variety of landscape installations including, but not limited to, hardscapes, patios, stone walls, retaining walls, fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, and more.
Additionally, you'll display a proven ability to work with others to maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within your team.
This individual will be responsible for managing time and site safety in the field, as well as ensuring all jobs are completed to Lynx Landscaping Standards.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES Ensuring productivity Communicate needs to the Foreman Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions Good time management skills Fit for physical labour Health & Safety conscience KEY COMPETENCIES The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to be successful in this role: Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions Ability to handle materials and equipment responsibly Works well as part of a team EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Valid Driver's License Experience working with team members across multiple functional roles (Preferred) Fluency in English required Job training for this position is provided by the company PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing and walking Must be able to lift and move up to 20kg regularly Manual dexterity Must be able to work in various weather conditions BENEFITS Superannuation Annual Leave Sick Leave Work cover 5 paid rain days per year Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm - Gold Coast Based Work If this position caught your eye, send us your resume
