Hoban Recruitment is seeking experienced professionals to join the Partners, Providers, and Home and Living Group as EL1 Assistant Directors .
These roles offer a unique opportunity to shape policy and lead key reforms in the disability sector, working across multiple branches, including: Home and Living Reform Home and Living Supports Home and Living Capital Pricing and Economics Partner Policy About the role Location -Brisbane CBD, Queensland Rate - $600 + p/day + super Start date - Starting ASAP pending interview and security clearances.
Please note this role is a temporary assignment through Hoban recruitment Key responsibilities include but not limited to: Lead and manage teams to develop policy and strategic direction Design system navigation and streamline support coordination Drive home and living supports innovation and policy reform Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including the disability community Co-design initiatives, trials, and reform projects Lead market stewardship for Specialist Disability Accommodation Use data and insights to develop policy recommendations Contribute to building a high-performing, positive team culture Other duties as required.
What We're Looking For Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management A collaborative mindset, with leadership experience Policy development, interpretation, and review experience Understanding of the disability sector (highly regarded) A relevant bachelor's degree.
Able to pass a criminal history check Must have Australian Citizenship This is a chance to contribute to meaningful policy reform that will directly impact the lives of Australians living with disabilities.
