Commercial Electrician | Multiple Roles

We are currently recruiting experienced Commercial Electricians across several new roles in the business. This is an opportunity to join a business that is growing and offering different career paths with training and professional development.There are four new positions on offer:Commercial Service Technician to work across a portfolio of CBD Commercial buildings and complete scheduled maintenance, repairs and fault-finding tasks;Commercial Project Lead to carry a project from being awarded the work through to completion with full accountability for people, quality and margins;BMS Technician to support a team involved in a state-wide ALDI project;Senior Account Manager to support and maintain relationships with key clients and assist in managing business opportunities with new and existing clients.Our business has a significant pipeline of commercial office fitout work in CBD office buildings, where we are the incumbent Electrical Service Contractor completing planned periodic maintenance, proactive and reactive electrical services. Our other work involves Retail projects, EV charger installations, LED upgrades, Lighting Automation installations & commissioning, HVAC installations and Industrial site power upgrades.About usH & D Electrical has been established for over 30 years in the southeast QLD market. At H & D Electrical, we aim to provide a positive & flexible work environment with a team that is focused on support and success.What will you be doing?Conducting electrical inspections of a range of electrical systemsRCD & Emergency Lighting testing and repairsFault-finding electrical circuitsInstallation of electrical equipment and wiring.Switchboard Auditing, Thermal Imaging repairs, and Building Load Tests.Building long-lasting and trusting working relationships with our valued customers.What does our dream candidate have?Large Retail and Commercial fit out experience – From planning to completionHands-on experience in electrical maintenance, repairs and servicing of commercial and industrial assets.Proven service and maintenance experience with a focus on customer service and quality workmanship.Previous experience in a leading hand/supervisory roleHigh level of lighting, lighting control systems, LED, power and data knowledge.Knowledge of generators and building emergency backup services.Motivated to provide excellent service.Time management and organisational skillsHighly driven individualAbility to work unsupervised, identify faults and plan jobsEnsure that all work activities are undertaken following policies, company practices, processes, and standardsBenefits for youSupportive business for growth and developmentUniforms providedOption to be provided a vehicle or bring your own with paid allowancesPositive team environmentMultiple Social EventsAnnual Bonus StructureTo be successful, you must have:Current Queensland Electrical LicenseSound working knowledge of AS3000:2018Strong knowledge and focus on WH&SExcellent communication skills and experience with Job Management software applicationsCurrent QLD manual driver's licenseAustralian/Permanent ResidentIt is desirable to possess the following:Current Communications Open Cablers LicenseCurrent Manufactures Endorsements – eg.
