The RoleReporting to the Farm Manager, the Tractor Operator will operate tractors, implements and various farm machinery as required for the purpose of applying chemical treatment to the crop and/or ground preparation.

Key Responsibilities Safely operate tractor and attach/operate farm implements to the tractorEnsure pre-start checks are carried outPerform basic maintenance of tractor and implementsChemical and/or fertiliser application with training and PPE providedReport machine and equipment faults to Workshop MaintenanceComply with and actively support WHS instructions and legislationAd hoc tasks as required by the Farm ManagerIdeally you will demonstrate Commitment to Workplace Health and SafetyPrior tractor knowledge and experienceKnowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment desirableGood level of physical fitness and endurance for working outdoorsCurrent Open Drivers LicenceAbove Award hourly rateBe part of a supportive & friendly team environment4-day work week, enjoy a long weekend, every weekWeekly team BBQEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) for all team membersIf this sounds like you, apply now
