Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership to achieve the TAFE Queensland vision and strategic objectives.Lead and manage a team of professional educators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in educational delivery including increased participation and completion rates, flexibility, and strong industry engagement.Represent the region at state, national, and international forums, developing strategic alliances.Qualifications/Requirements Demonstrated experience in the vocational education and training sector at a strategic level.Educational qualifications at a tertiary level focused on vocational education and training.Success Factors: Shape strategic and creative thinking.Achieve results in a large, complex educational organization.Communicate with influence.Lead cultural change and raise aspirations.Exhibit personal drive and integrity.How to apply: If you are ready to make a significant impact in the field of vocational education and training, we want to hear from you
