About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Global Brand Manager to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) team at Breville | Sage.
In this role, you will manage integrated marketing campaigns, driving the successful launch of key products on a global scale.
Collaborating closely with the Global Product and wider GTM teams, you'll develop an in-depth understanding of product features and consumer benefits, translating this knowledge into compelling communication briefs and marketing assets.
Your leadership and project management skills will be essential in executing cohesive, cross-functional campaigns that align with business and marketing KPIs.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Ownership of integrated marketing campaigns for key products and campaigns within Go-To-Market division.
Project management of product launch campaigns, Sell-in decks and "always on" activities to achieve agreed business targets on time, whilst ensuring consistency across all channels.
Work with internal and external creative agencies to develop and implement Through the Line (TTL) creative global campaigns and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
Support the Head of Global Brand Strategy & Advertising to deliver on strategic marketing priorities when required, and Masterbrand creative platform.
Work alongside product, design, retail, digital, social, comms and ops teams to ensure marketing campaigns are developed and executed cohesively.
Monitor and report on campaign success in delivering marketing and commercial objectives and providing recommendations for ongoing optimisation and improvements.
Track and manage budgets to approved limits.
Ensure consistency of Breville | Sage branding in all communications.
Compliance with all Breville | Sage procedures and guidelines.
We're Interested in Hearing from People Who Have:
Bachelor's degree, Post-Secondary degree or equivalent experience in Business or Marketing.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about marketing issues, develop and drive effective marketing campaigns.
5 years experience in Marketing, ideally 2 years+ in a Brand related role.
Premium or luxury experience highly valued, but not essential.
Understand product marketing lifecycle management.
Creative mindset with strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
