The Role - Supply and Demand Planner In this role you will take ownership of achieving great case fill rates and for ensuring that inventory targets are met across Australia and New Zealand.
You will do this by working closely with key Supply Chain contacts in the US and Europe to synchronise supply and demand.
In addition you will be take ownership of the demand planning process in New Zealand and will work closely with the local commercial team to align on the local demand plan.
The main responsibilities of the role are: Alignment of shipment plans with Hill's global supply plantsCollaborate with local customer development team to lead the demand planning process for New ZealandLead the NPD supply planning process to ensure new products are delivered according to planMonitor local inventory and case fill projections to ensure commercial targets are metWorking with logistics providers, freight forwarders and customers brokers to ensure import documents are available and containers are unloaded on timeThis position is based in the Sydney CBD office and is a great opportunity within a global organisation.
The ideal candidate has the following skills: Strong communication skillsStrong analytical skillsAble to build good working relationshipsExcellent planning and organisational skillsGreat attention to detailWhat you'll need: Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Science or a similar field is preferred3 years experience in a similar supply planning roleExperience working with SAP/KinaxisFMCG experience in a global organisationThis role offers a competitive remuneration package.
