Trade qualification in Diesel Mechanics with experience in heavy vehicles ideal; however, a Light Vehicle Mechanic who wants to upskill would be suitable.
Robust background in maintenance, service and repair of heavy vehicles and trucks.
Exhibit a sound technical knowledge and experience with American or European trucks – Volvo, Mack, Scania, or Kenworth.
Experience in Western Star, MAN Trucks & Bus, Dennis Eagle, mtu , Detroit and Allison Transmission products would be highly advantageous.
Easily work independently, but just as happy working in a team.
Have effective communication and teamwork skills, and actively promote Penske's values and purpose.
