ABOUT THE ROLEAre you a proactive, results-driven HR professional with a passion for fostering organisational success?
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Salvos Stores team and support our business leaders in WA and SA region.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a deep understanding of retail and not-for-profit operations to drive our people strategy and help us continue our mission of service and growth.
The role is a permanent full-time position based in Perth, WA.
Key responsibilities: Build strong teams serving as a coach and mentor, influencing employee relations and driving a positive culture.Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, grievances, investigations, role changes and remuneration reviews.Foster collaborative relationships with the wider HR team to ensure consistent and successful HR service delivery.Support the continued development of people management capability of leaders by providing the necessary information and tools and offering coaching when needed to support their practical implementation.Deliver HR initiatives and programs developed by the Centre of Excellence (CoE) in a nationally consistent, timely and effective manner.ABOUT YOUTo be successful in this role, you will bring robust HR business partnering experience preferably in a retail setting.
You will have high engagement levels, with the ability to build trust, influence frontline leaders, and provide valuable HR guidance.
Key Capabilities: A relevant degree qualification in HR, Business, or a related field.Excellent interpersonal, coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and support managers and employees.A demonstrated ability to develop clear, actionable steps in support of an overall business strategy and deliver relevant, effective people solutions in a changing environment.Experience partnering with managers to resolve complex people management issues.Strong commercial orientation: understanding of business and retail operations.Multi-site experience is highly desirable.Experience working with an HRIS - ideally experience in working with Workday.Requirements of the role: Current Australian Drivers Licence.Interstate travel required.WHY WORK FOR US?TSA offers an inclusive work culture and strong opportunities for career development.
