The Opportunity An exciting role has opened up for a Facility Manager at a well-established aged care residence in Forster, NSW.
You'll take charge of daily operations, champion quality care, and lead a dedicated team committed to improving the wellbeing of every resident.
This position is all about bringing teams together, maintaining high service standards, ensuring financial sustainability, and guiding the facility through continuous improvement efforts.
