It's work you can feel good about.The opportunityFull time, 12 month secondment/maximum term contractThe Change Manager will be responsible for all change management activities using an established change management governance framework to support the successful delivery of the small to medium sized strategic projects.This is a hands-on role that requires the incumbent to take ownership and accountability for change management processes and deliverables associated with the project and be responsive to the needs of the teams impacted by the change.The important role you'll playKey responsibilities include:Conducting change analysis and business impact assessmentsManagement and implementation of successful change activities on the assigned projects – including planning, implementation and embedding change into the impacted business unitsPartners with business sponsors to define and monitor success metrics and criteria in relation to assigned projectsCreation and management of measurement systems to track adoption, utilisation and proficiencySupport the delivery of meaningful and insightful reports for the regionDeliver excellent customer service, contribute to team culture and positive working relationshipsContribute to a safe, compliant living and working environmentWhat you'll bring to the roleStrong demonstrable change management and change leadership experienceExperience in adhering to change frameworks and capability, and assistance in further evolving such frameworks.Experience helping the Project Manager in steering teams through change management processesFamiliarity with project management methodologiesExperience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and toolsProven people skills and experienceExperience in facilitating training and/or workshops is highly regardedChange management certification is highly desiredWhat our people love about working hereAs a team that supports older people to live life on their terms, we genuinely care - for our people, our work and the elderly.
