NEWLY CREATED ROLE We have 2 x exciting new opportunities for Housekeeping Room Attendants to join our team based at Taringa on a permanent full-time basis.
PURPOSE & RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, your role as Housekeeping Room Attendant (RA) is to provide passionate, friendly, and professional service to all hotel guests and visitors whilst servicing & cleaning all allocated guest rooms ensuring all tasks are completed at or above the required standard and within the set timeframes.
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Ensure a high standard of cleanliness of guest rooms, guest corridors, linen room/pantries according to procedure & checklistsComply with guest privacy and security proceduresResponsible for the master floor keys that you sign in & out each shift and ensure they remain secure throughout your shift and returned at the end of shiftAttend all briefings, meetings and training as assigned by managementManage guest complaints immediately if possible or escalate where necessary to the Housekeeping SupervisorUnderstand and ensure the safe usage and storage of cleaning/chemical agents in line with health & safety regulations.To be successful for this role:
