News Corp Australia is seeking an experienced Head of Product Solutions for our State & Community division.Reporting to the GM of Product & Partnerships, you'll be responsible for driving client satisfaction, retention, and business growth by delivering innovative, tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our readers, clients, and industry categories.
The key responsibilities are:Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute client solutions strategies aligned with company goals and identify industry trends to enhance offerings and build strong client relationships.Client Relationship Management: Understand client objectives and design tailored solutions in collaboration with editorial, state MDs, and product teams.Operational Excellence: Oversee solution delivery to meet quality, budget, and timelines, align internal teams, and monitor KPIs to drive client satisfaction and retention.Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, create go-to-market proposals, and deliver solutions that drive measurable revenue outcomes.Who are you?8+ years of experience in client-facing roles, including leadership positions.Proven track record of delivering client solutions that drive business growth.Quick thinking yet strategic team player with a client & reader-centric mindset, a passion for delivering exceptional service, and the ability to balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution.Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.News BenefitsNews Benefits is our way of saying thank you to our people for their valued contribution to News, our audiences, clients, and communities.
