We achieve in 6 months what it takes our competitors 4 years to do.We've raised our $10M Series A led by Australia's largest VC firm, Blackbird Ventures and are in the midst of our next raise, with an ambitious global go-to-market strategy starting with the US and UK.The RoleWe are looking for a Software Engineer (Frontend) reporting to our CTO to join our engineering team working on the Medical AI Scribe platform.A Software Engineer responsible for the execution of the front-end features, with a deep technical understanding of how it translates to representing user needs.You will have operated in a hyper-growth startup with experience building SaaS products.
You will also have a deep understanding of the key challenges engineers face and a firm grasp on design principles in prioritizing key features and capabilities.Your superpower is how to bridge the gap between technical specifics and business needs effortlessly and turn high-level designs into real-world solutions.You thrive in challenging situations and appreciate the dynamics of a flexible, flat-structured work environment.You are quick to grasp the nuances and complexities of developing an AI product in healthcare internationally.
We know that brilliant people can come from unlikely places;if you have a proven track record of shipping spectacular technically challenging products and features, regardless of industry, we want to meet you.What you'll do :Autonomously deliver beautiful and robust code with considerations on code structure design and scalability.Collaborate with the team to solve exciting technical problems and grow quickly.Conduct research and implement best engineering practices.Deep dive into weird edge cases and solve hard and tiny problems for our users.What we will look for :Strong sense of ownership and strong problem-solving skills.A focus on fast delivery with quality.The ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with the team.Experience / Familiarity with React, React Query, Next.js, and Typescript.Experience with React Native is a bonus.Experience with Chrome Extensions is a bonus.What do we believe in?We create unconventional solutions to difficult problems and we build them fast.
