As the Operations Manager, you'll take the lead in managing multiple operational areas while playing a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
What You'll Do Oversee and lead key operational areas, including Customer Service, Procurement, Demand Planning, and the management of 3rd Party Logistics Providers.Track and analyze customer service KPIs to ensure top-tier performance and satisfaction.Lead the cross-functional Demand Planning process, collaborating with Sales, Brand, and Procurement teams to align business needs.Manage operational processes and continually seek opportunities for improvement and efficiency.Ideally, bring experience in businesses that import products from overseas, ensuring smooth logistics and supply chain management.What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who:
