Raw Earth Recruitment is excited to partner with a leading multidisciplinary engineering and project management firm who are on an incredible growth trajectoryAs the Manager - Civil/Structural you will step into a newly established leadership position, playing a crucial role in shaping and executing growth strategies while strengthening key relationships and being a go-to technical leader. You can be based in Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast.At our client's core, innovation fuels everything they do. No challenge is too big or too complex—they adapt, adjust, and craft strategies that flex with the ever-changing needs of each project.What's involved?Identify new opportunities by working closely with existing and new clients to understand their needs and future requirementsUndertaking detailed Civil and or structural design and technical delivery of projects across the new energy, commercial, industrial, retail, and residential sectors, while maintaining an engineered focused link between key specific contractors, consultants, colleagues and management for all products and services across the company.Preparation of proposals, performing and adjusting quantity calculations for practical and budgetary purposes effectively communicating with clients to ensure maximum cohesion and fluidity on projectsYou will be a proactive self-starter who can steer their own ship, is open to new ideas and willing to challenge norms, continuously improve, as well as improve systems and processesWhat you'll need?Demonstrated experience working within civil or structural engineering remit in Australia. Tertiary qualifications requiredExposure to government, defence, building & construction, infrastructure, energy projectsEffective communicator and negotiator, with an ability to liaise professionally at all times with clients, colleagues, government agencies and managementA high technical aptitude with superb interpersonal and leadership skillsAn appetite to join a junior company on their vision to become a tier 2, where your career will skyrocket in an entrepreneurial environmentYou will be met with a negotiable salary package, a flexible working environment and share optionsMy client is determined to have this critical role be so much more than engineering day to day.I've had the pleasure of meeting the Directors of this company, and I'm genuinely excited to be supporting them They're grounded, driven, and passionate about raising the bar.
