What You'll Do: As a Field Service Technician, your responsibilities will include:
100% commitment to personal and business safety Inspect, maintain and service repairs on lifting equipment and accessories on customer premises across Victoria including working on offshore platforms Providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty Prepare written/digital reports to customers and company records Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution Benefits and perks: To ensure our employees feel valued, supported, and celebrated, we provide a range of employee benefits including:
