Why This Role is Exceptional A Project to Be Proud Of: Lead the charge on migrating financial planning processes from Excel to SAP Analytics Cloud, laying the groundwork for future innovations.Amazing People to Work With: Collaborate with a dynamic, skilled, and supportive team that's as excited about this project as you are.A Hybrid Work Environment That Works for You: Enjoy the best of both worlds—flexible remote work combined with on-site collaboration for maximum productivity and impact.Room to Grow: This initial 6-month contract could open doors to long-term opportunities as this critical project evolves.Your Mission as SAP Analytics Lead Shape the VisionPartner with Finance Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deeply understand the client's current financial planning processes in Excel.Identify key processes and calculations that must be transformed into SAC while improving efficiency and accuracy.Build the SolutionHarness your deep knowledge of SAC to design and implement solutions that align perfectly with business needs.Create intuitive data models, workflows, and dashboards that don't just replicate the old way—but make it better.Drive ImplementationConfigure SAC to streamline financial planning, including templates, workflows, and reports.Develop robust logic for financial calculations and planning while ensuring the system is accurate, adaptable, and easy to use.Empower the TeamLead training sessions and one-on-one workshops, empowering the finance team to confidently embrace the new system.Offer proactive support and troubleshooting to ensure seamless adoption and continuous improvement.Set the Stage for the FutureDesign a scalable SAC setup that's ready for tomorrow—automated data feeds, advanced analytics, and beyondDay-to-Day Excitement Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and refine financial planning requirements.Build and test engaging reports, dashboards, and templates in SAC.Conduct hands-on workshops and training sessions with enthusiastic team members.Tackle challenges head-on, refining the system based on user feedback.What We're Looking For Must-Have Skills Extensive experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)—this is your playground, and you know how to maximize its potential.Strong understanding of financial processes, including calculations, consolidations, and planning.Proven ability to migrate manual processes (like Excel) into streamlined SAC workflows.Exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders and inspire confidence in users.Nice-to-Have Extras Experience with automated data feeds and advanced analytics.Familiarity with financial systems commonly used in corporate environments.What's in It for You?
