Job DescriptionPrimary Function Under direct supervision, support business units by facilitating and supporting business transactions to meet daily objectives.
Ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
Provide office support as necessary to assist respective field management and individual contributors.
Give qualitative statistical information for senior management within agreed timescale and legal requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities Assist end of month processing and budget reconciliationKeep daily accounting records into ERP system in a timely manner and ensuring accuracy (A/P cycle)Create account receivable payments and collect evidence to provide to the clientData entry for staff and company expenses and account payablesManage invoicing duties by validating rates and tax with required supporting documentsManage the daily and weekly data entry for Field Team expenses including Concur managementCommunicate with vendors and clients in order to execute daily responsibilitiesManage the processes for issuing purchase orders, non-trade invoices and fixed asset managementMaintain accuracy and confidentiality in filing finance documents and recordsOrganise weekly finance meetingsProvide administrative support to the wider finance teamAd hoc duties as required.
