Principal and Senior Consultants - Air Quality As part of the continued growth and innovation of our Air Quality service, ERM has an opportunity for Senior and Principal Consultants to join our global consulting firm in Australia and become a true business leader in an organization with Sustainability at its heart.

Responsibilities: To support the successful delivery of ERM Australia Pacific Air Quality projects and objectives by:Initiating and leading/supporting sales efforts, including managing large, complex, multidisciplinary projects, proposal writing and delivery.Project management experience with accountability for managing project risk and delivering performance.Client engagement activity with a local network and recent business development successes.Building effective working relationships within project team, discipline and business needs.Meeting business financial targets, overall project budget and schedule, client expectations, and internal and contract requirements.Requirements: Minimum of 5 - 10 years' relevant experience in a consulting environment, with the following:Tertiary qualifications (or higher) in engineering, science, meteorology or chemistry.Understanding of the regulatory requirements and relevant legislation.Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.Strong initiative with the ability to work independently where required.High level Excel skills including data manipulation.Flexibility to conduct a variety of assessments and tackle complex problems using innovative solutions.Project management experience with accountability for managing project risk and delivering performance.Client engagement activity with a local network and recent business development successes.Proven ability to complete projects within budget and on schedule.A genuine desire to work with a great team and to mentor and develop your colleagues.Experience in air quality dispersion modelling.Our employee benefits: Structured career development, including access to mentoring and collaboration opportunities with industry leading technical experts, certified environmental practitioners.Discretionary performance bonuses and incentives.Fieldwork allowances, including local and works away from home.Professional memberships, including paid annual membership to a relevant professional organisation.Wellness 'You' Day, access to 1 'wellness day' per quarter, in addition to annual leave.Access to purchased additional leave.Flexible working arrangements.Continuous training and development including support for external training.Access to a wide variety of local, interstate, and international projects.Employee Assistance Programs including mental and physical health wellness support, confidential access to a wellbeing coach and discounts with a range of retailers.Opportunity to join and work in local communities through the ERM foundation.Who We Are: As the world's leading sustainability consulting firm, ERM is uniquely positioned to contribute to the environment and society through the expertise and energy of our employees worldwide.
