Your Day on A Page: Located at Classic Residences in Brighton East is Keyton's Largest Village in Victoria.
Your day will see you working amongst picturesque surrounds, with quality amenities and a lively community that sets the backdrop for an enviable workplace.

You'll be the go-to person for both residents and staff, ensuring everyone's needs are met.Realise the Opportunities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the village, including overseeing the maintenance, service, restaurant and admin teams ensuring everything runs smoothly.Make Room for Kindness: Be the friendly face that listens to concerns, solves problems, and makes sure our residents are happy, healthy, and thriving.Find the Fun: Plan and oversee a variety of engaging activities, from themed dinners and movie nights to gardening clubs and fitness classes.

45 staff who share your commitment to creating an exceptional living experience for our residents.Who You Are: A people person with a genuine love for working with seniors.An energetic and enthusiastic leader who thrives in a busy environment.Experience in a village management role, and/or knowledge of retirement and property management industries along with asset and/or community service principles.Creative, with a knack for planning fun and engaging activities.Experienced in operational management, with strong organizational, consultative, negotiation and presentation skills.Compassionate, with a deep understanding of the unique needs of retirees.Resilient and a problem-solver who can think on your feet and handle challenges with grace.The successful candidate will have or be willing to complete their First Aid, CPR Certificates and driver's license with own transport.
