We believe in the power of diverse perspectives and experiences in driving meaningful change and advancing human rights for all.About the role:The Field Support Team Leader collaborates with team leaders and management across the Business portfolios, assisting employees of all abilities to assess and develop job skills to meet business and customer goals.
This role is split between daily production supervision and providing advice and coaching to help supported employees develop vocational skills that facilitate them to achieve their employment goals, including supporting or conducting yearly Performance Development Reviews (PDR's) assessments in collaboration with business leads.Key Responsibilities:Provided high quality coaching that assisted vocational skill development of employees of all abilities, in collaboration with business leadsCollaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, assess skill gaps and training needs to identify additional coaching requirements for supported employees to meet their employment goalsSupport and coach employees on a 1:1 or small group ratio to effectively develop specific business skills and support achievement of employment goalsProvide new employees with initial business orientation and basic workplace skills to effectively transition employees into supported employmentCollect data and provided records or reports on the positive changes in workplace performance following implementation of coaching supportContribute to relevant business department annual Performance Development Reviews (PDRs) for Supported Employees to achieve employment and business goalsSupport Employees and their business leads provided positive feedback on coaching support that enabled achievement of their employment goals.Benefits of working with ArumaSalary Packaging: Access to NFP salary packaging up to $15,900 for living expenses and additional $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses each yeartax free.Fitness Passport: Access to subsidised Gym membershipEmployee Assistance Program: Free confidential service including Money Assist, Legal Assist, Family Assist and Nutrition/Lifestyle Assist.Training: Opportunity for Cert IV accredited training through our RTODiscounted Health Insurance: Access to a range of discounted health and wellness services through Bupa.Recognition & Rewards: Recognition for your hard work through BRAVE Reviews and our annual BRAVE Awards nightJob Satisfaction: Through making a real difference in peoples' lives within a values-driven organisation.About You:Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to deliver engaging coaching, performance feedback, and presentations to small groupsSound interpersonal skills with negotiation and conflict management skillsSound time management and organisational skillsSound computer literacy, particularly Microsoft OfficeAbility to be flexible and responsive to changing circumstances, with a customer-centric orientation.A commitment to Aruma's Code of ConductPractical understanding of WHS requirementsA current Australian driver's license with availability to travel from time to timeHave NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check clearance OR be willing to completeHave a current First aid and CPR Certificate OR be willing to completeRelevant training or qualification in disability supports or other transferable classificationNice to have's OR Desirable:Experience working within a Retail & Administration or Production environmentDemonstrated experience in a training role within a similar industry, and relevant coaching and performance feedback expertiseA relevant trade or diploma qualification.Ready to make a change?
