About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our store.
In this role, you will manage our busy workshop while developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and team members.
You will lead a well-equipped and organized workshop, closely alongside your manager to deliver an industry leading level of customer service.

Store and Staff Management
Tyre Fitting
Truck Tyre Fitting highly regarded
Wheel Alignment experience highly regarded
Customer Service
Knowledge of Tyre Industry
Job Quoting and Sales
Tasks & responsibilities
Providing expert advice to customers
Communicating with your team, providing accurate advice and instructions
Relationship building with staff, customers, suppliers and more
Consulting the store manager in optimizing business operations and performance
Stock and data entry
Removing and replacing tyres
Performing puncture repairs conforming to relevant standards
