Our Client Established property management specialist with offices located both South and North of the River.
Providing ongoing training for all employees, management's focus is on implementing streamlined checklists, procedures, and support so you can focus on 5-star customer service.
The Position Provide administrative support to the Commercial Property ManagerAssist in responding to tenant inquiries and concernsSupport lease administration activitiesConduct regular property inspectionsMaintain financial records and assist in budget planningCoordinate with vendors for property maintenanceFoster positive relationships with tenantsAssist in marketing vacant spacesEnsure compliance with legal requirementsPrepare reports on property performanceProvide support during property emergenciesAssist in special projects as assignedSelling Points Up to $75,000 + SuperWFH 1 x per week / flexible arrangements (conditions apply)9-day working roster = 10th day off (conditions apply)Fun, collaborative team environment, staff social functionsContinuous ongoing training and supportBonus incentives for any new managementTech-savvy paperless office with a digital key roomOpen door policy – feel appreciatedFull holiday cover – no more stress before and after annual leaveSystems and checklists in place for workflowOwners and tenants have access to the system reducing phone and email trafficSkills & Experience Minimum 1 year experience PM Reg, licence and familiar with Cirrus8Well presented, and a keen eye for detailPassionate about the real estate industryA positive attitude and good work ethicConfident telephone manner & customer service skillsIntermediate computing skillsHow to Apply : Please call Emily Chown @ Gough on | or simply hit APPLY NOW.
