Job Title: Senior Director, Strategy and Racial EquityWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director to lead our strategy and racial equity efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program development, community engagement, and social justice.
About the Role:The Senior Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to advance racial equity and social justice in our community.
This will involve working closely with our team to identify opportunities for growth and development, building partnerships with community organizations, and developing and managing programs to address systemic inequalities.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to advance racial equity and social justiceBuild and maintain partnerships with community organizations and stakeholdersDevelop and manage programs to address systemic inequalitiesCollaborate with our team to identify opportunities for growth and developmentDevelop and manage budgets and resources to support program initiativesRequirements:5+ years of experience in program development, community engagement, and social justiceStrong background in racial equity and social justiceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWhat We Offer:We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
