Busy Bees at Cameron Grove is a 94-place service, that welcomes you with nurturing home-like environments and beautiful outdoor spaces where children are encouraged to ignite their sense of curiosity and discovery.
The service is located close to public transport.
On-Site, undercover parking is available for staff as well.
Our facilities are well maintained and clean and we have a beautiful, large staff room for our team.
We are also very proud of our mud kitchen, swing, fort, vegetable garden, slides and sandpit

Essential Qualifications & Licences: Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent/higher qualification as recognized by ACECQA).
A current and valid check that confirms the candidate's suitability to work with children.
First Aid certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
Current & valid Australian Work Rights.
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS) to ensure quality education and outcomes.
Previous experience as a Lead Educator/Room Leader required (1+ years' experience minimum).
Proven leadership skills in guiding and mentoring educators in early childhood settings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with children, families, colleagues, and management.
Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating tailored educational programs.
Ability to foster positive, collaborative relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Previous experience as a Lead Educator or Room Leader, with the ability to support children with diverse needs.
Proficient in using software for documentation, family communication, and educational planning.
