As a result of Georgiou's significant growth after securing two major Western Australian Infrastructure projects, we are seeking an Environmental Advisor and a Sustainability Advisor with ISC knowledge to join our project team.
Based on the metro-based site, these roles will make valuable contributions on formally ISC rated Projects.
What to expect in this role : Liaise with project teamsDevelop environmental / sustainability reporting systems (project based)Coordinate Sustainability Project ObjectivesDevelop and update system to accommodate sustainability rating assessment requirements (project based)Conduct sustainability reviewsConsult and communicate environmental and sustainability issues and information with stakeholdersCoordinate & communicate sustainability learnings and knowledgeLiaise with sustainability governing bodies (ISC)What we are seeking : Minimum 2 years of relevant Environmental or Sustainability Advisory construction experience.Involved in the delivery of an Infrastructure Sustainability Council Design and / or As Built Rating (highly desirable)Degree in Environmental Science or equivalentInfrastructure Sustainability Accredited Professional (highly desirable)Knowledge & understanding of Commonwealth, State, Acts, Regulations and Australian StandardsSpecialist working knowledge in a key sustainability aspect such as energy and emissions, heritage, workforce sustainability, water, sustainable procurement, circular economy (highly desirable)Knowledge & understanding of environmental monitoring - noise, dust, vibration and waterKnowledge of ISO 14001 requirements and license approval processWell-developed interpersonal skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsWhy Georgiou : CCF multiple award-winning national business with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects and opportunities for career developmentCompetitive salary package, plus retention bonus and access to Georgiou Perks platform providing discounts to a multitude of retailersSupportive leadership teams who care for and mentor you to achieve your full potentialValues-led organisation guided by care, integrity and excellence in everything we doWell-being leave, Paid parental leave and flexible work arrangements availableIf you share Georgiou's values of care, integrity and excellence, are committed to collaboration and innovation, and are looking for your next exciting challenge, we want to hear from you
