Join us at Shadforth and enjoy work life balance working on local civil projects with opportunities available across Greater Brisbane including Ipswich, Logan and North Brisbane.
Be part of an experienced and supportive team working on a variety of projects including residential and commercial subdivisions, Council Works and Roadworks.

You'll be responsible for:

The supervision of Civil Construction teams and subcontractors

Ensuring a high standard of quality, safety and adherence to all project specifications is maintained

Promoting a positive team culture and delivering positive outcomes for all stakeholders

About you

Demonstrated experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman on Civil Construction Projects

Knowledge and experience in Bulk Earthworks, Pipework, Road Construction & concreting

Ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes

Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)

Current Driver Licence

Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded

A strong commitment to OHS and Safe Work Practices
