We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Mortgage Broker to join our growing team based in Osborne Park.
The commission package has uncapped potential.
As a Lets Finance Mortgage Broker, you will operate as part of a team of professionals responsible for presenting tailored investment strategies to qualified clients.
You will possess an in-depth knowledge of property investment finance and associated loan structures.
You will be responsible for compiling loan strategy statements and other in-house documents, prior to completing the loan submission.
You will be provided with broker support to help you achieve high volumes and a fantastic income.
To work with us you must possess the following qualifications and skills: Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking + Diploma in Finance BrokingCurrent membership to the MFAA (or be willing to obtain)Ability to write volumes to achieve the target within the teamOutstanding customer service and attention to detail - liking people is a mustAbout Us At Scott Park Group, our Vision is to be the market leader in the building of residential homes for West Australians.

Lets Finance, backed by the Scott Park Group and Sumitomo Forestry, is a growing Construction Finance Specialist team, specializing in finding loans for building new homes.
Assisting with even more than just new home build mortgages, our Finance Specialists assist with financing from car and boat loans, wealth creation, superannuation management, and investment finance.
The successful applicant will be required to provide a Police Clearance valid within 3 months of commencement and is expected to have current and valid work rights in Australia. Your application will include the following questions:
