Our highly dynamic team of project managers (PMs) require another quality problem solver to join our ranks. In this role, you will work directly with clients to manage and lead a variety of exciting projects in collaboration with our talented team.Stepping into a supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and continuous improvement, you will be given opportunities for professional growth and development as well as mentorship from experienced team members.This role offers:The opportunity to lead projects and deliver high-quality work in direct communication with our clients.Work across the entire project life cycle from business case development through to design, procurement, construction, and operation.Access to industry-leading specialists across the Water sector.Partner and engage with industry stakeholders.An opportunity to mentor and guide junior-intermediate PMs.You will have an interest and experience working on Water/Wastewater projects and you will have been exposed to a range of engineering and professional services disciplines over time.About youYou will be seeking fulfilment in autonomy, career flexibility, and working for a business that can provide purpose and relevance in what you do. With outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence and drive successful project outcomes for the business and our valuable clients, you will have gained experience working in a consulting environment delivering projects as part of a multi-disciplinary and multi-office project team.The ideal candidate will possess proven project management delivery and leadership capabilities to successfully deliver projects.
