As an Assessor you'll be out and about in your Region visiting and completing Residential Aged Care (RAC) Funding Assessments using the AN-ACC Assessment Tool.Day to day this includes:Assessments for New residentsRespite careReconsideration and palliative AN-ACC AssessmentTo be successful in this role you'll need:A kind heart and genuine passion for the elderlyA Tertiary qualification in a health related discipline with the relevant current and unrestricted AHPRA Registration.
