Job DescriptionSenior Project ManagerPosition OverviewThe Senior Project Manager will lead complex advertising campaigns and projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery of high-quality work within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on project management expertise.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionDevelop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for major advertising campaignsLead project kickoff meetings with clients and internal teamsManage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously from estimation through executionMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions proactivelyFinancial ManagementCreate and manage project estimates for new business and existing clientsMonitor project budgets and maintain profitabilityManage change orders and scope modificationsReview and approve purchase orders up to $25,000Participate in revenue forecasting and financial reportingTeam LeadershipProvide day-to-day oversight and mentorship to project management team membersLead resource planning and allocation in collaboration with department headsConduct regular performance reviews and team development activitiesClient RelationsPresent project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to clientsManage client expectations and communications regarding project executionEnsure high client satisfaction through excellent project deliveryLead campaign and project retrospectivesProcess ImprovementMaintain and optimize project management workflows and systemsContribute to agency process improvements and best practicesEnsure compliance with agency procedures and quality standardsJob RequirementsRequired Qualifications5+ years of project management experience in an advertising agencyStrong knowledge of advertising campaign workflows and deliverablesExcellent budget management and financial acumenSuperior communication and presentation skillsExperience with project management software and toolsProven track record of successful campaign deliveryStrong team leadership and mentoring abilitiesPreferred QualificationsPMP certificationExperience with digital and traditional advertising campaignsKnowledge of agile project management methodologiesExperience with resource management and capacity planning #J-18808-Ljbffr
