Flight Centre Travel Group's tech space is experiencing rapid growth, and we are actively seeking an Agile Coach to provide leadership and guidance in continuously improving our agile ways of working.
As an Agile Coach, you will champion our lean agile principles, fostering high-performing teams capable of delivering high-velocity software.

Day to day: Demonstrate in-depth experience as a Scrum Master or an Agile Coach, driven by a passion for helping people Be the Jira guru in the area supporting transparency across teams Apply your expertise in one or more agile-at-scale frameworks such as SAFe, LESS, DAD, etc as well as agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban Coach and mentor multiple teams and leaders, guiding them in applying agile values, principles, and practices Organise and facilitate various agile events as required Develop and deliver agile training sessions as needed Support product teams in establishing effective ways of working, including collaboration with software vendors/partners and promoting cohesion across teams Foster a culture of continuous improvement, empowering teams to enhance their capabilities You'll be perfect for the role if you have: Minimum of 5 years of experience working in agile environments, either as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a proven track record of successfully introducing and embedding agile concepts Coaching and mentoring certification desirable Extensive experience with Jira What you will enjoy: Culture: You will be employed by an inclusive company that offers a team culture like no other in the industry - Flight Centre Travel Group Australia is proud to be a certified Great Place To Work Australia New Zealand Pty Ltd.
