Aboutthe role We are seeking an experienced workshop Manager to join our team at Tyrepower BatemansBay.
As a full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-dayoperations of our workshop, ensuring efficient and high-quality servicedelivery to our valued customers.
Whatyou'll be doing
Supervising the work of the workshop teamto ensure timely completion of jobs Providing support and guidance to thetechnicians as needed Assistance with time estimates whenquotes are being prepared Preparation of quotes and liaison withcustomers Liaising with customers to understandtheir needs and provide updates on the status of their vehicles, whenrequired Contributing to the continuousimprovement of workshop operations and processes Whatwe're looking for
Proven experience as a Technician orWorkshop Manager in the automotive industry Strong technical knowledge and expertisein vehicle diagnosis, repair and maintenance Excellent problem-solving and criticalthinking skills Effective communication and customerservice skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Strong organisational and time managementskills Current NSW Drivers License Aboutthe role We are seeking an experienced workshop Manager to join our team at Tyrepower BatemansBay.
