About the Role : We are on the lookout for a passionate Shop Manager to lead our Anglicare Op Shop in Cronulla.
In this dynamic role, you will :
Lead with Heart : Inspire and manage a team of dedicated volunteers, fostering a supportive and enthusiastic atmosphere.Drive Success : Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and support Anglicare's vision and values.Build Community : Forge strong relationships with local community members, churches, and key stakeholders to enhance our shop's presence and impact.Champion Sustainability : Promote the joy of recycling, reusing, and reloving beautiful preloved items.Your Impact :
As a Shop Manager, you will : Provide exceptional leadership, training, and development to your team.Ensure high standards of service and product quality.Create a safe and welcoming environment for staff, volunteers, and customers.Achieve and exceed challenging KPIs.About You : We are seeking a compassionate professional with :
