Position Summary: As a Business Analyst you will be working with clients as part of a broader project team to support the design and delivery of systems.
Utilising principles of design thinking you will work to deliver tailored products and services to meet the client's broader goals.
Key Responsibilities: Work with business SME's, IT and project teams to analyse business requirements to understand business needsFacilitate workshops with stakeholders to elicit requirements and document functional and non funtional requirementsApply Service Design principals to ensure the development of user friendly solutionsSupport the functioning of an Agile delivery team to ensure processes and methods match business needsDevelop process maps with as-is and to-be process analysisSupport project team across a range of ad hoc tasksEducation Requirements: Bachelor's degree (Accounting or Information Technology);Business Analysis Agile certification (AgileBA, BABOK Agile or other)Demonstrated Experience & Attributes 3 plus years in similar roleNV1 Security Clearance or ability to secure clearanceKnowledge and understanding of SDLC and other Agile priciplesUnderstanding of Service Design principlesProficiency in MS Suite, particularly VisioConsulting experience within federal government is a major advantageLife at RSM: RSM provides a great environment to build skills and confidence and we help our people achieve their best.
